IS THE PRODUCT DAMAGED?
Only the packaging is partially affected. Indeed, some of our products have been slightly damaged during production or transport. This does not affect the quality of the product in any way.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Standard delivery in France takes between 3 and 5 working days. It all depends on the delivery method you have chosen. We will send you a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY TREATMENTS LAST?
The shelf life of unopened care products is 30 months. The period after opening (PAO) is represented on all our packaging by a small open jar of cream, on which the period of use is indicated, expressed in months.
As a guide, most of our products can be used up to 6 months after opening.
