DELIVERY
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver in France and all over the world. Deliveries in France are ensured by Colissimo delivered without signature. Deliveries outside France are ensured by Colissimo delivered with signature.
TELL ME ALL ABOUT DELIVERY IN FRANCE
For all orders in France, the shipping costs applied are €5.90 for Colissimo home delivery without signature and €4.90 for Colissimo delivery to a relay point. We offer standard Colissimo delivery to a relay point in France from €49 of purchase.
Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. The total cost of your order will be displayed at checkout. This cost will be billed to you in Euros via the payment method selected. Demain® orders shipped to France do not require a signature upon delivery.
WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER TO ME?
Here's how it works: You place your order, we process it, and then we ship it. Ordering takes just seconds.
Standard order processing takes 2-3 business days. One of our carriers will then take over. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. And there it is, on its way!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Standard delivery in France takes between 3 and 5 working days. It all depends on the delivery method you have chosen. We will send you a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your order.

Sorry! It may take 3-5 business days for the carrier to register the status of your order.

You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, etc.) via the secure payment system Shopifypay. It is also possible to pay in 3 installments without fees!
You can pay via Paypal.
IS THE SITE TOMORROW SECURE?
Yes. Payments by credit card on the site are made via the secure payment system Shopifypay. At no time do we know your banking information.
PRODUCTS
WHY ARE THE NAMES OF DEMAIN® PRODUCTS IN ENGLISH?
Demain® is a French brand whose products are 100% produced in France, including packaging (which is extremely rare). It is a brand that also aims to be sold internationally to fly the flag for France abroad and thus contribute on our scale to creating jobs in France. With this in mind, all our packaging is in French/English, with French being indicated first. This practice also helps to avoid wasting cardboard with some productions in French and others in English.
As for the names of our products, they are in Franglais, that is to say in an English understandable by all French people. Protection, detox, repair... English is a language sometimes more direct than French and allows to express in 3 words what should be said in 1 phase. But we have little space on a tube!

CAN YOUR TREATMENTS BE USED BY EVERYONE?
Demain® products are universal. They are suitable for everyone, whatever your gender, whatever your age, whatever your skin type. There are no harmful ingredients in our formulas: phenoxyethanol, parabens, PEG, silicones & mineral oils, BHA and BHT, synthetic fragrance, chemical dyes… Even palm oil is free from our formulas. In case of dermatological allergies, acne-prone skin or other problems, we advise you to check the list of ingredients on the packaging of each product or on the page dedicated to them on our website.
We also recommend that you seek the advice of a dermatologist. If you wish to use our products on your child or baby, we recommend that you seek advice from your doctor. For pregnant women, we also recommend seeking the advice of a doctor or dermatologist.
CAN I REPLACE THE SCULPT & GLOW TREATMENT OIL WITH THE HAPPY AGE SERUM?
These 2 treatments are complementary:
- Happy Age serum is a concentrate of active ingredients acting on all signs of aging: nutrition, firmness, elasticity, wrinkles, hydration, anti-spots, regeneration thanks to high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, regenerating vegetable oils and natural active ingredients from biotechnologies with proven effectiveness.
- Sculpt & Glow care oil is a regenerating, radiant and photoprotective oil enriched with firming (plant retinol), soothing and relaxing (change and arnica) active ingredients.
Technically they can be used together (2 to 3 drops of serum mixed with the oil) or before the oil for hydrated, nourished, + firm + smooth + luminous skin!
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR TREATMENTS?
The shelf life of unopened care products is 30 months.
The period after opening (PAO) is represented on all our packaging by a small open pot of cream, on which the duration of use is indicated, expressed in months. As a guide, most of our products can be used up to 6 months after opening.
WHAT TIME OF THE DAY SHOULD I TAKE MY SUPPLEMENTS?
1 capsule per day to be taken every morning with a glass of water, ideally on an empty stomach. You can take them on an empty stomach because our capsule is vegetable and has been designed to dissolve once it has reached the less sensitive areas of your intestine.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
I SOMETIMES HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING THE CAPSULES
Our capsules are small and easy to swallow. If you ever have trouble swallowing them, you can open the capsule in half and dilute it in a bit of water or in compote or yogurt.
I AM PREGNANT / BREASTFEEDING, CAN I TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS TOMORROW?
No contraindications have been noted against pregnant women. However, we still advise you to consult your doctor to avoid any interaction with another medication.
ARE YOUR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS VEGETARIAN/ VEGAN?
Yes ! This was one of the important points for us when developing our formulas. Our food supplements are vegan, cruelty free, GMO free, gluten free and its capsules are 100% vegetable.
ARE DEMAIN® SUPPLEMENTS ORGANIC?
To be certified organic, a food supplement must contain 95% of ingredients from organic farming. 56% of the ingredients contained in GO FOR DETOX and 67% of the ingredients contained in GO FOR PROTECTION are plants from organic farming.
The rest are probiotics (lactic ferments), vitamins and non-certifiable nutrients. We have favored everything in 1 capsule (probiotics + organic plants) over certification for your comfort and daily savings.
ARE THE RESULTS IMMEDIATE?
How quickly our food supplements will work depends on each person. Some will see the result in a few days, others in a few weeks. What is certain is that they depend on the regularity with which they are taken. Listen to your body and you will know! Moreover, food supplements are aptly named, they complement a balanced lifestyle. We support you in your change, the more you are involved, the more you will see measurable results.
DEMAIN® COMPLEMENTS CONTAIN PROBIOTICS, DO YOU NEED TO KEEP THEM COLD?
No, because the strains of probiotics used in our supplements are tyndalised. This means that they have been subjected to a heat treatment which allows them to be “deactivated” without destroying them. This heat treatment is controlled and guarantees the inactivation of the original ferments, in addition to guaranteeing the integrity of the structure of their proteins and their biological properties. Thus, despite the presence of probiotics, it is not necessary to keep the supplements cool.
CONCERNS
HOW TO TREAT OILY SKIN?
There are several reasons why you may have oily skin, so we recommend that you act in order of priority:
- Adopt a healthy, balanced diet (not too fatty, sweet or salty).
- Do not strip and dry out your skin with products that are too aggressive. These products are only intended to send your skin the signal that your skin needs to be nourished with sebum. You understand the problem... a vicious circle!
- Don't neglect to moisturize and nourish your skin. It needs it like all your organs!

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your products to us. Please note that opened boxes/tubes cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns of orders shipped to mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer. We invite you to contact us by email at hello@demainbeauty.com. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.
