If using the product as a cleansing gel:

• Apply the gel with your fingertips to damp skin and gently massage over the entire face and neck.
• Rinse with clear water or use an organic cotton wipe to perfect the cleanse.

If using the product to soothe the skin:

• Apply a thin layer of the gel to the clean, dry area that needs soothing (like a mask).
