FRUITS RICH IN VITAMINS AND PREBIOTICS TO PRESERVE A GOOD IMMUNE DEFENSE SYSTEM
Eating one or more fruits is essential to provide a daily dose of vitamins, but also fiber. Fiber is food for our good bacteria.
They are also called prebiotics.
They will help preserve a healthy microbiota and therefore a good immune defense system.
Quite the opposite of industrial cakes...
Which ones to choose?
It doesn't matter, as long as they're in season and raw. Indeed, a compote, even homemade, will not have the same vitamin and fiber intake, because they are destroyed by cooking and mixing.
We advise you to read this very good article on the subject.
